Kevin from Phoenix Custom Systems came out within an hour of my contacting them for a camera issue that I was having. He found the issue, which was a blown power source to my DVR. I had other companies come out for the same issue, but instead just attempted to sell me a new camera system.
During the initial visit, Kevin also provided me with several camera upgrade options to consider. Overall, he was very professional and customer friendly. I would consider Phoenix Custom Systems in the future for my security camera needs.

My original plan was to get security for my home at a minimum the Ring doorbell. My plan was to go with Best Buy for the install but I never proceeded with them. Phoenix Custom Systems was at the right place at the right time (for me) and we scheduled a day to install the doorbell camera. I was impressed with Kevin’s professionalism and friendly disposition while providing quality work. So, I scheduled another install for additional security and was impressed again with his crew – 2 brothers, Christian and I can’t spell they other’s name. They too were very thorough and made sure I was happy with the install and gave me an unexpected, but very welcome education on operating the cameras. Very friendly, pleasant staff and the company as a whole was awesome to which I have already given some neighbors recommendation to invest in home security with Phoenix Custom Systems.

Fantastic experience with this company. Their in depth knowledge and superb customer service made doing business with them a pleasure. They installed eight cameras designed to handle our security concerns. The work was done on time and on budget. They were very flexible and accommodated our suggestions on the fly. Only contractor I have had lately that actually cleaned up after themselves.

Amazing!! That’s what I experienced with Phoenix Custom System!! I downloaded the NVMS7000 video camera application to my PC, then got stuck. I called Tyler Turnwald owner of PCS. He remote connected to my pc, corrected my problem in seconds. then I asked him to help me save a video of an incident that occurred at my restaurant for my insurance company. Wham Bam Boom!! Done! Then, uploaded the video to google drive for the insurance company. Then showed me how to convert video format from MP4 to AVI format!! The dude is a wizard!! Best of all, pulled me out of a jam, for a small fee. I was so grateful, I tipped him $25.00 You got NVMS7000 problems, Phoenix Custom System is your answer! He truly saved me!!

PCS helped us tremendously! We had purchased our own security system, but they came and helped get everything installed and up and running! The technicians were great to work with. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend!
